Where has this week gone??

First off, I apolgize for not posting earlier this week. I honestly don't know where the week has gone! I had another very good day on Saturday with my second Open House and then one of my Stamp Clubs came for a shoebox swap. Here's my early bird group on Saturday a.m. These ladies arrived bright and early at 9 a.m.! Cristina on the left has been a Stampin' Up! customer of mine as long as I've been a demo. She hosted my very first workshop ever! She's probably the reason I'm still a demo today. On Saturday she brought two new stampin' friends, Julie (in pink) and Amy (in blue). It was a busy weekend! On Sunday, I input orders and cleaned up and put away from the open house and then sat down to do what you ask...work on swaps! I'm happy to report that as of today my swaps have been shipped off and should be arriving in Salt Lake City when I do on Monday! I haven't taken the time to photograph any of my swaps and projects lately, so today I'm going to show off more of the studio. Tomorrow morning I plan to photograph in the good light before I head out to make deliveries. Mr. Brown just left two boxes on my doorstep not 10 minutes ago! So, here's the new, improved studio.

Me and the hubby took everything out of what is supposed to be the formal living/dining combo and completely redid it. We'd been using it as an office and stamp/scrap area for years but now it really looks like a workspace. We took up the carpet, retextured the walls, painted the walls, laid down Pergo laminate and the refurnished it (thank you Ikea!). You can see the table and chairs in the picture above with the ladies stamping. I'm absolutely thrilled with my new space and look forward to being able to offer more classes, stamp camps, and workshops in the studio. Speaking of the studio, I think it needs a name. So, I'm asking you my readers to send me your thoughts on a good name for the studio. I'll choose my favorite and the person submitting it, will win a prize! Until tomorrow.......
