Fall Again!

Ok, so I know you'll probably think I have a one track mind and sometimes I do. As I mentioned in a previous post DH took me away for a long weekend and we ended up in possibly our favorite state, Utah. We had a great time visiting two National parks (I'll post some pictures either later tonight or tomorrow) and if that wasn't enough I saw true FALL COLOR for the first time in my life! Can I just say now how spectaular it was to see it with my own two eyes! Living in Texas we don't get a lot of color, we sometimes get some yellow leaves although half the time that is due to heat stress not really to fall. But to actually see trees with yellow, orange, and red leaves was just a dream come true for me. I know for some of you, it's not a big deal. In fact, many locals told us that due to weather conditions this year they didn't have eye popping color. Well, maybe not to them but, to me it was very eye popping and yes, I took A LOT of photos. Photos which I will be scrapbooking soon because I want to remember this for a long time. On another note, above you will see another fall card I created. All products are from Stampin' Up:

Stamp sets: With Gratitude, Holidays & Wishes
Paper: Real Rust, Ruby Red, Glossy White, Autumn Vine DSP

Felt ribbon was cut with the pennant die to create the scallop ribbon.

I've lived in New England all my life and I never tire of the autumn colors. Every year I say out loud, probably more than once, "I feel sorry for people who never get to experience this." I'm glad you got to see it...definitely a part of God's handiwork that should not be missed!
